Huge, sudden reduction in Laptop Battery life?
I have a HP 6735s running windows 7. Lately my battery life has suddenly gone from about 2 hours to a half an hour.
I've noticed the fan runs a lot louder and more often than it usually does, but even when it isn't the battery life is the same.
I've tried closing all open programs and stopping as many background processes as I can and uninstalling any programs I don't need. I've also turned the screen brightness down as low as it will go and put the laptop in power saver mode. I've also run a virus scan but nothing works! Can anyone help?
