Just got my new DELL battery for my inspiron 1520?
I just received my new battery from dell and installed it in my laptop.
At the beginning it was charging normally, up to 49% in under 5 minutes.
then it started charging slowly, and it still is, its been like 20 mins and its charged 15% more.
Is it supposed to come ( uncharged) like that? or something wrong with it?
