Pc won't boot with new video card?
I bought a new video card and psu from tiger direct.com and when I try to boot my pc I will go to the bios, Aka hp logo screen or the boot device selection screen if I choose but will hang. Won't even boot from cd I have already used the CMOS eraser jumper and have removed the battery.I know it isn't drivers because even my Linux CDs hand at the same points, Also when it starts it has some nvidia text and one line says " Engineering Release - Not For Production use" would that have anything to do with this?
