Nikon Battery Grip D300s

how to-nikon d300s at 16 fps?
hey, i have two nikon d300s's and i saw on youtube where someone got the cameras wired somehow so that the camers went a b a b a b etc... i use battery grips on both so i can shoot at 8fps but how can i connect them to get 16fps? i know half pics would be on one camera and half the other. but is it even [possible?
thanks
This is for what purpose?
I rarely use my D300 at continuous exposure setting unless I specifically am shooting to produce an animated GIF. Even when shooting sports assignments, I rarely shoot more than five shots in a row and each by manually pressing the shutter release for each of those shots.
If you saw it on youtube it must be true. Have you tried contacting the producer of the video?
